•Stock Watchlists: Personalized tracking of stocks you're interested in

•Earnings Reports: Analysis and summaries of company earnings announcements

•Stock Digests: Individual company analysis for watchlist items

Our content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for informational purposes only.

Account Creation: You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Subscription Tiers: Capital Sound offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Plus, Pro) with varying features and pricing.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance with billing issues.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal.

You agree NOT to:

•Use the App for any unlawful purpose

•Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App

•Share your account credentials with others

•Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content

•Use automated systems to access the App without permission

•Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

•Collect user data without authorization

•Impersonate others or provide false information

Our Content: All content, including AI-generated podcasts, market analysis, and visual designs, is owned by Capital Sound or its licensors.

Your Rights: Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access our content for personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should discontinue use of the App.
